Mike Hinderliter has power washing in his blood. The son of a power-washer distributor, he spent high-school summers repairing equipment before earning an accounting degree in college.
In 1993, while teaching truck washing for the Power Washers of North America (PWNA), Mike met Daryl and Christie of Facilitec and began a long-standing partnership.
By 1995, Mike was operating his own kitchen exhaust cleaning business in Dallas-Fort Worth, building a reputation for reliability and technical expertise.
Today, under the Facilitec Southwest name, he continues that legacy—expanding local service, improving customer experience, and leading a team that believes “It’s all about the customer.”
